This warranty covers manufacturing defects, damage during shipment, or product malfunctions caused by normal use within 30 days of purchase.
If an item arrives defective or becomes unusable due to a manufacturing issue, Salinity will replace or repair it at no additional cost.

1. Email salinity.il@veiinternational.org with your order number, photos, and a brief description of the issue.
2. Our team will review your claim and issue a Warranty Authorization (WA) Number if eligible.
3. Once approved, ship the defective item with the WA Number clearly written inside the package.
4. After inspection, a replacement or equivalent product will be shipped within 5 business days.
